What services can I discuss with KC Home Services?

Our service categories cover interior improvements, exterior work, renovation and remodeling, commercial improvements, and restoration. Choose the service closest to your project and tell us about your property. We will discuss the specific work and requirements before moving forward.

How do I request an estimate or consultation?

Use the Request an estimate button to open our existing booking system. You can also call or email us. Include your location, the type of work, and your main priorities. Sending a request begins a conversation; an appointment is confirmed separately.

What should I prepare before the first conversation?

A short description of the problem or change you want, your city, rough room dimensions if available, and your timing priorities are useful. Photos can help when a team member requests them. You do not need a complete design to ask about next steps.

Do you serve both Missouri and Kansas?

We discuss projects throughout the Kansas City metro on both sides of the state line. Availability can vary with the project and location. Share your address and the service you need to confirm coverage before making arrangements.

Can you quote a project without seeing the property?

The information needed depends on the project. Measurements, site conditions, access, material choices, and existing damage can affect the scope. Discuss the details first so the next assessment or estimate is based on the work your property actually needs.

How long will my project take?

Timing depends on scope, material availability, property conditions, access, inspections, and the schedule agreed for the work. Discuss any deadline at the outset. A project-specific timeline is more useful than a blanket completion promise.

What about permits and specialized trade requirements?

Requirements vary by the work and local jurisdiction. Changes involving structure, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, or other regulated work may need additional planning and approvals. Discuss those requirements before work is agreed or started.

Can I ask about several improvements at once?

Yes. Share your full list and identify the most important goals. Related work can affect the order of a project, such as completing wall or system changes before painting and flooring. The initial conversation helps separate immediate needs from later phases.
